GEOCamp

We work closely with our graduate students and do all we can to make everyone feel at home. Starting with GEOCamp!

GEOCamp is part of our orientation program. At GEOCamp, you will meet other new graduate students and members of our department. GEOCamp takes place in late August before fall courses start. The new cohort sets off for two days, exploring the rich physical and cultural geography of Michigan. Our students tell us that GEOCamp has provided a great way to start graduate school on the right foot.
