SWIG: Raising Awareness of Neurodiversity & Space

Fri, March 4, 2022 4:00 PM at Virtual

Are you curious what is neurodiversity and the strengths and challenges associated with it, particularly from a cross-cultural perspective? Do you desire to make our workplace, units, and campus more inclusive? Interested in the intersections between neurodiversity and geography?

Geographers Yingyue Liu and Katie Brown will guide participants through human, health and medicine geography perspectives as we join special guests Lindsay Hill (RCPD), Kelsey Foote (RCPD), and Zhenshan Zhong (CAPS) to explore Neurodiversity as well as MSU resources for increasing support and inclusion.

Please join us in this highly relevant discussion on Neurodiversity within the context of space. All MSU community members are welcome, including students, faculty, and staff.

This event is sponsored by:

The Department of Geography, Environment, and Spatial Sciences, College of Social Science The MSU Council of Graduate Students (COGS).
