RESEARCH SYNOPSIS

My research is focused on policy, survey, methodological, statistical, spatial, and quantitative analysis. I'm most interested in combining methodologic and theoretic knowledge to augment civic, political, industry and scientific approaches for use in community planning and the overall improvement of the human condition, especially for marginalized populations. In this pursuit, I have developed agent-based models for computational analysis of CDBG cost-benefits as it relates to neighborhood conditions, issues of gentrification and displacement.
