RESEARCH SYNOPSIS
Overall, I am interested in human geography-related topics in Turkey. At the moment, my research focuses on the historical and political geography of the country. I joined the Geography Ph.D. program at MSU in the Fall of 2021 as a Fulbright scholar. Prior to MSU, I received my B.S. in Geomatics Engineering (2018) and my M.S. in Science, Technology, and Society (2020) at Istanbul Technical University (Istanbul, Turkey).
