Ecogeomorphology of the Great Lakes Coastal Wetlands

RESEARCH SYNOPSIS

My research focuses on how the morphology of the Great Lakes coastlines is influenced by wetland ecosystems. I am interested in how these processes are influences by each other and by the fluctuations in water levels of the Great Lakes. The goal of this research is to build a better understanding of this using process-based assessment of areas along the Great Lakes.
