Research Synopsis:

New technologies have the power of reshaping the nature of work in many occupations allowing it to be performed remotely. The process of shifting towards remote employment would have been gradual, taking its due time. However, it was greatly accelerated by the spread of COVID-19 and the need to socially distance for prolonged periods of time. As a result, many jobs migrated to our homes. How will this change impact on the future location decisions of households and businesses? Will it have the power to reshape the urban form? I am very interested in studying these and related questions.
