Research Synopsis:

My main research interests lie in periglacial geomorphology and permafrost. For my thesis work, I am exploring the influence of nivation and fluvial processes in the development landforms called cryoplanation terraces on the Juneau Ice Field of British Columbia, Canada. In addition to my thesis research, I am involved in the Circumpolar Active Layer Monitoring (CALM) Program, which is responsible for the long-term monitoring of active layer thickness in Alaska.
