The program offers a multi-disciplinary curriculum with courses that can count towards many different majors. |
NewsScholarships now available for advanced undergraduate students to participate in the 2012 joint U.S. and Brazil global education program.Globalization: Socio-Economic, Political, and Environmental Interdependence, is a one year program that entails six integrated components, bringing together foreign language training, research opportunities, and a multidisciplinary curriculum co-taught by faculty from across the partners. The scholarship provides a generous stipend for Portuguese language training in Spring 2012 at MSU, and foreign travel from June 20 to August 19th to Salvador da Bahia, the historic seat of colonial Brazil - nicknamed the Capital da Alegria (happiness), and Belém do Pará, the metropolis at the mouth of the Amazon.
