Travel Grants for Global South Faculty & Students

Nominations (may include self-nominations) for travel grants* ($3,000) for 10 faculty and 5 students to attend the 15th XVth International Symposium in Medical/Health Geography at Michigan State University are welcome.  Nominations should include a one-page introduction (i.e., names, (faculty and student) institution, research and teaching interests) of the candidate.  Upon receipt the nominees will be asked to submit their curriculum vitae, list of relevant publications and teaching interests for review and selection.  Preference will be given to faculty and students from Africa, Latin America and Central and Southeast Asia who conduct research and teach in the fields of health and medical geography.
