MSU experts sign amicus brief in SCOTUS case that could turn homelessness into a crime

On April 22, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a landmark case that could drastically affect the rights people have when experiencing homelessness. MSU experts, including Stephen Przybylinski and assistant professor of Geography, have signed on to an amicus brief in this case.
